In the Fall of 2001, Aaron Ross Gallery was chosen by Roche Bobois to design and paint a 40'x 90' mural on the outside of a new Mosque in Richmond B.C. Canada. This mural was to reveal to the western world the beauty of the Muslim
religion and it did.
Working further with Roche Bobois, we proceeded to the interior of the
Mosque. The patterns and designs were custom created to the clients specific
requirements. This project has been an honour and a labour of love for us. Using
today's technology and our years of experience in design and printing we are completing
a project in 4 months that would have previously taken 2-3 years.
Following is the progression of the work as it was painted over time.
